WindowPlus ("WindowPlus", "we", "us") is operated by Marmas Group Pty. Ltd. (ABN 45 606 719 144), a window and door supplier and installer based in Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through windowplus.com.au, why we collect it, and how we store, use and protect it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. The main way we do this is our quote request and contact forms, which may ask for:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your suburb or address, so we can confirm we service your area
• What you're interested in (e.g. uPVC windows, aluminium doors, blinds, maintenance)
• How you'd prefer to be contacted, and whether you'd like a mobile showroom visit
• Any message, project details or photos/files you choose to attach (up to 2 files, 21MB total)
• How you heard about us, if you tell us

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange a mobile showroom visit or measure
• Contact you about your project by phone, email or the method you selected
• Keep records needed to deliver and support the product or service you've ordered

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry without asking you first.

How your enquiry is sent and stored

When you submit a form, the details are sent as an email to our sales inbox using a third-party transactional email service (SMTP2GO). We don't keep a separate marketing database of every enquiry. Your details live in that email, and in our normal business records (such as quotes, invoices or job files) if your enquiry becomes a project.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (via Google tag / gtag.js) to understand how visitors use the site, for example, which pages are popular and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to identify you personally. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

Sharing your information

We only share your information with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our email delivery provider (SMTP2GO) and website hosting provider
• Suppliers or subcontractors directly involved in manufacturing, delivering or installing your order, where necessary
• Authorities, where we're required to by law

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including sending form submissions over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and restricting who at WindowPlus can access enquiry details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we don't ask for or store sensitive information such as payment details on this website.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
